1. Arjinder Pal Singh is a prominent businessman based in Botswana.
2. His business empire spreads across the education, construction, tourism, airline, manufacturing and agriculture industries. He started his humble beginnings in 1992 by venturing into the education sector.
3. Mr. Singh ventured into the Air Charter business from his passion of flying and Major Blue Air was started in 2009.
4. He started with 2 aircrafts and steadily expanded his wide, top of the line fleet to 11 aircrafts and still counting speedily.
5. His long term goals and vision for Major Blue Air in the aviation industry has pushed the company’s growth rapidly over the years. His focus and business acumen is geared towards safety, efficiency and passenger comfort so much so that he invested in some aircrafts possessing the latest glass cockpit technology to kick start the company’s flying in the bush.
6. This has established partnerships with other Stake holders in luxury inter camp transfers including his own camp, Mapula Lodge.
7. He provides the overall strategic management of the business by determining its overall direction, directing the marketing of its services, conducting negotiations with key partners and authorities, monitoring business growth and overall management of its operations and staff.

Major Blue Air provides chartered flights in Botswana, Namibia, Zambia, South Africa and is planning to venture into other markets offering a wide range of services like Scenic flights, Luxury safari bush camp transfers, aerial photography, filming, privates business chartering and soon to be starting medical evacuation.
9. In 2007 he set up a manufacturing plant which manufactures medical and houseware products, based in Dubai.
10. In addition to this, he has business interests in Australia and India.
11. Ajinder Pal is also a philanthropist who believes in the welfare of the community and less privileged members of the society.
