Dr Jaswant Singh is a Sikh preacher, who remained a lecturer at the Sikh Center Singapore for more than eight years ending with 2015. As a Sikh Lecturer of the centre, he conducted lectures and guided hundreds of Sikhs in Gurbani. One of his key contributions has been to design teaching material for various Sikhi topics and Sikh personalities for courses  aught over three years for those interested to learn more about Gurbani and Sikhi. During his time as lecturer, he had undertaken lecture sessions at other gurdwaras in Singapore and also abroad, and also produced written works such as the book ‘Sikh Way of Life’. He has shared the gems of SGGS Ji with the people. Hundreds of Sikhs here have benefitted from his lectures. When he delivered his last lecture at Singapore in December 2015 on the subject ‘Transmigration of the Soul’, the house was packed more than its capacity as a good number of those persons were also present who were not attending his regular classes.
