This Gurdwara is situated in Mehrauli area of Delhi. Baba Banda Singh Bahadar obtained martyrdom at this place along with his 4 years old son, Ajay Singh and 40 Sikhs. First, he was frightened by killing his son before his eyes, then the heart of the child was pushed into his mouth. However, when Banda Singh Bahadar did not give in and refused to accept Islam, he was skinned alive and his body was pierced with ret hot rods and finally cut limb by limb. This historical Gurdwara in memory of his martyrdom has been constructed only a few years back. The 300th Martyrdom day of Baba Banda Singh Bahadar was observed in June 2016.
