There are a number of Taruna Dal groups also which are having headquarters at different places in Punjab. For example, Baba Nihal Singh is the leader of one faction of Taruna Dal with its head office at Gurdwara Harian Vailan. This Gurdwara is associated with Guru Har Rai Sahib and is situated in Bajraur, 10 km. from Hoshiarpur near Chabbewal. It is believed that when the seventh Guru stayed here, the sangat residing near around showed great love and respect for him. In this green and pious atmosphere, Guru Ji enlightened the congregation. The entire area even at present is green and surrounded by various trees. On the very entrance to Darbar Sahib, one can see the green climber. On the east side of the Gurdwara a Moti Sarovar is situated. That Sarovar is not used for ishnaan (bathing) purposes. It is inside shrubs and herbs (jhariyaan). The soma is there just as a remembrance. Another Sarovar is made with it where people baths mostly congregation on Vaisakhi. Khazoor Ka Drakhat is situated with Nishaan Sahib where Guru’s horses were bind. A women college named as Sri Guru Har Rai Sahib College for Women is attached with this Gurdwara and is managed by a society formed for this purpose called Educational Society Gurdwara Harian Vailan Patshahi Satvin under the Chairmanship of Taruna Dal Chief Sant Baba Nihal Singh. This college has won fame for the quality of its education and the diversity of courses offered by it.
