A number of Sikh youngsters have become role-models in the glamorous world of fashion and modeling. One of these persons is S. Pardeep Singh Bahra, the 25 years old London based Sikh youth, who is known to be the founder of Singh Street Style. During the last 3 years of his fashion blogging career, he has been featured on Woge, GQ, The Guardian, Time, MTV, Times of India and many more. He has also done modeling and acting. For example he was the face of Samsung for their campaign. Pardeep, born and brought up in London, has graduated in English literature, and very fond of writing, particularly poetry. His other hobbies include his love for animals, photography, art and jazz music. He loves to read comics and for earning he sells shirts and T-shirts designed by him and his designs have become so popular that the same are selling like hot cakes. When Sikh heritage month was celebrated this year, he visited PAMA gallery at Brampton and interacted with his a large number of fans. He asserts that when Sikh youth appear on fashion blog, the Sikh turban becomes popular among the people and they come to know about our unique identity. Let our role-models show to the world as their turban is like a crown on their head and hair is our glory.
