Rajvinder Singh Grewal

Rajvinder Singh Grewal, the sitting Member of Parliament in Canada, was born on 11.09.1985 in Canada. He earned a Bachelor Degree in Business from Wilfrid Lsurier University and then completed an MBA at York University’s Schulich School of Business and a Law Degree at Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to his legal studies he worked as a financial analyst, while after becoming a lawyer he specialized in mergers, acquisitions and corporate finance on Bay Street. He was nominated to represent the Liberal Party in 2015 Federal Election from Brampton East from where he was elected to assume his office on 19.10.2015. His becoming a Member of Parliament in Canada at a young age in Sikhi Saroop has made the Sikhs feel proud. It is hoped that he will prove a role model to inspire the young Sikhs like him to fulfil their ambition in politics in a country outside India by remaining in Sikhi saroop.
