This is an organisation in which seventeen Gurdwaras of Vishnu Garden and surrounding areas in Delhi have joined for working collectively in the interest and benefit of the community. There are 17 Gurdwaras which are members of this organisation. These are Gurdwaras of J, M, S, U, NW and NA/NE Blocks of Vishnu Garden. In addition, the Gurdwaras of Sham Nagar, Punjabi Market, Narsing Garden, Chand Nagar, Main Bazar Vishnu Garden, Bhai Makhan Shah Lubana Ji, and Sri Guru Singh Sabhas of Vishnu Garden Ext. 1, Ext. 5, and RZ Block are also its members. The Head office of organisation is at Gurdwara Bhai Lalo Ji, Vishnu Garden Park, Punjabi Market, New Delhi-18. All these Gurdwaras are presented by three members each. S. Surinder Singh Hira is the Chairman. S. Jeet Singh Khokar (9810684181) and S. Baldev Singh (9810516957) are the President and the General Secretary of the organization. It was Regd. under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 in the year 1997 Vide Registration No. 32231 in Delhi. The organisation takes out combined religious procession on Gurpurabs, organises combined religious programmes and also works for reforms among the people of the community so that everybody lives according to the Gurmat maryada. In addition, the organisation also helps in settling family disputes and besides the religious matters whenever there is difference of opinion. It promotes Gursikh way of living and opposes any kinds of unnecessary religious rites.
